When to Send Results Manually

Occasionally, medical assessments need to be completed on specific paperwork provided by the company or site. This might be due to unique requirements that our standard Carelever Forms do not cover.
Industry Medicals:
Certain industry-specific medical assessments, such as the Order 43 Medical Assessment, cannot be completed using Carelever Forms. These require adherence to specific formats and guidelines.
Technical Limitations:
If your clinic experiences interrupted internet access or has limited access to tablets, laptops, or other devices necessary for completing forms online, manual submission will be necessary.
Additional Medical Information:
Sometimes, applicants provide additional medical information during their appointment that needs to be recorded and sent manually.
How to Send Results
