By default, the Try-on & Size Chart button shows on all your products but you're in full control of exactly which ones display it.
Why you might want to choose
Virtual try-on works beautifully for wearable items such as clothing, shoes, bags and accessories… but you may not want it on every product page (gift cards, tea cups, home decorations and other non-wearables). Limiting the button to the right products keeps the experience clean and relevant for your shoppers.
How to choose which products show the button
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On.
Open Virtual Try-On from the app's left menu.
Scroll to Category filter and tick the categories where you'd like the try-on button to appear.
Click Save.
💡 Good to know: if you leave everything unselected, the try-on button shows on all your products - the page confirms it with a note: "No categories selected - the Try-On button will appear on all products." To limit it, simply tick the categories you want.
Check it worked
Open one of the products you selected and confirm the Try-on & Size Chart button appears. It's also worth checking a product you didn't select, to confirm the button doesn't show there.
