If the try-on button isn't showing on your product pages, don't worry, it's almost always something small and quick to fix. Run through this checklist and you'll most likely spot it in a minute or two.

1. Is the app embed turned on?

The try-on button lives inside an app embed, which needs to be switched on in your theme.

  • Go to Online Store → Themes, click Customize, then open the App embeds icon (the puzzle piece) in the bottom-left.

  • Find AI Frame – Virtual Try-On and make sure it's toggled on, then Save.

2. Are you viewing the right theme?

It's easy to be looking at a draft theme by mistake.

  • Make sure the changes are on your live (published) theme, not an unpublished draft.

3. Is the button set to show on this product?

You can choose which products display the try-on button.

  • Check that the product you're viewing is one you've enabled the button for. If you've limited it to certain products or categories, pages outside that selection won't show it.

4. Did you recently change or update your theme?

Switching or updating a theme can switch the app embed off.

5. Give the page a moment (and a refresh)

  • After enabling the embed or saving changes, refresh your product page and if you use a cache app, clear it so the latest version loads.

Still not showing?
