How is my order insured during delivery?

Your order is fully insured in transit from dispatch until delivery, subject to per-parcel limits and carrier/insurer conditions.

Insurance coverage

  • Each parcel is capped at $50,000 insured value.

  • High-value orders may be split into multiple parcels, which may arrive on different days.

  • Single large gold pieces that exceed the $50,000 per-parcel cap cannot be shipped via our standard courier route.

    • For these, we must arrange alternative freight options.

How to stay covered

To maintain insurance coverage:

  • Track your parcel using the tracking link (via Shippit) sent by SMS on the day of dispatch.

  • Report issues within 24 hours if:

    • Tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, or

    • Your parcel has not arrived by the expected delivery time and appears delayed or missing.

Late reports may void insurance, because carriers and insurers require issues to be raised promptly.

Important delivery conditions

  • Authority to Leave (ATL) is not available on insured bullion shipments.

    • Any “leave at front door” or similar notes are generally not honoured by the courier.

  • A signature is required on delivery.

    • Anyone at the delivery address may sign for the parcel.

How to report a delivery issue

If you believe there is a problem with your delivery:

  1. Email us immediately.

  2. Include:

    • Your invoice number, and

    • A brief description of the issue (for example: “Tracking shows delivered, but parcel not received” or “Parcel not arrived, tracking hasn’t updated”).

  3. We will:

    • investigate with the carrier, and

    • advise next steps, which may include formal loss/damage procedures.
