Street delivery allows you to have your order delivered to your address, fully insured.

Key details

  • Delivered by StarTrack, using Express service.

  • Metro areas: typically 1-3 business days from dispatch.

  • Regional/rural areas: may take up to a week.

  • An additional $10 fee applies for PO Box deliveries.

  • We only ship to Australian addresses. We do not ship overseas.

How street delivery works

  1. When placing your order, select street delivery as the delivery method.

  2. Make payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.

  3. Once payment clears, we pack your order.

  4. We dispatch your order on the next business day after funds are received.

  5. On the day of dispatch, you receive an SMS from Shippit containing tracking information.

Important notes

  • Your order is shipped fully insured, subject to per-parcel insurance limits (see How is my order insured during delivery?).

  • As part of our internal controls, orders are not dispatched on the same day that funds clear. Instead, they are dispatched on the next business day. This allows our team to complete final checks and helps prevent dispatch errors.

  • Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL) is not available. A signature is required on delivery. Anyone at the address may sign and receive the parcel on your behalf.

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will redirect it to your nearest post office for collection.

  • For privacy reasons, parcels are sent discreetly and will not display “Ainslie Bullion” as the sender. Instead, they may show AB Engineering” or “ABC Engineering”.

  • If your order is placed within Victoria, it will be dispatched from our Melbourne office. Orders from all other states are shipped from Brisbane office.
