What are your payment terms?

You must make full payment within 24 hours of your invoice being sent to you by email.

“Made” means:

  • Bank transfer: you have submitted the payment within 24 hours
    (keep your bank receipt/confirmation).

  • In-store card or cash: you have paid in-store within 24 hours.

These in-store options are not available for weekend orders, as our showrooms are closed.

First-time transfers

Banks may hold first payments to a new payee for fraud protection. This is normal.

  • This does not change the 24-hour requirement.

  • As long as you submit the transfer within 24 hours and keep your confirmation, you have met our payment terms.

If you expect a delay or issue with payment, contact us immediately with your invoice number.
