Your content does two jobs on your storefront: it shows travelers what a place is actually like, and — once you've tagged the products in it — it gives them somewhere to book.
The one rule worth knowing: travelers only see content that has products tagged. Anything untagged stays visible to you while you're logged in, so nothing is lost — you can come back and tag it whenever you like. Tagging is what publishes it.
Where your content comes from
Your Instagram and TikTok posts — posts that tag Airbnb are picked up automatically and appear on your storefront
Uploads — tap + on your storefront and choose Create Post to add a photo or video directly, including the ones that never made your feed
Tagging products in a post
Open your storefront and log in
Find the post in your content feed, tap its menu icon, then Edit
Choose Tag Products
Add products by pasting an Airbnb URL, or pick them from a collection you've already built
Tap Done
Tag everything that appears in the post — the stay, the experience you booked nearby, all of it. Each tag is another way for a traveler to act on what they just watched.
Tip: Tagging also files that post under every collection those products belong to, so a single tag can surface the same content in several places at once.
Featuring and hiding
The same menu gives you two more controls:
Feature — pins the post to the top of your feed and gives it a badge, so it's the first thing travelers see
Hide — takes it out of view for travelers without deleting it. Unhide it any time
"My followers can't see my post"
Almost always, the post has no products tagged yet. You can see it because you're logged in — travelers can't. Tag a product and it appears for everyone.
If a post you made on Instagram or TikTok hasn't turned up on your storefront at all, that's a different problem: check that the right account is linked in your Hub, that your account is public, and that you tagged Airbnb the way your program asks. Posts are picked up on a delay after you publish, usually a matter of hours.
What's worth uploading
Expired Stories — give your best ones a second life
The parts a product photo can't show — the walk to the beach, the noise, the view at 6am
Answers to the questions you keep getting — is it worth the drive, is it good with kids, would you go back
Note: Make sure any audio or music you use is royalty-free, so your post doesn't run into copyright issues.
