There are two ways to add products to your storefront, and both work from your phone or a computer with nothing extra to install. Start by opening your storefront and logging in, then tap the + button on your page.
A quick word on words. Everything you add to your storefront is a product — that's what you'll see called out in your Hub. Creators often say listing, and it means the same thing: an Airbnb page you can send someone to. Every product is either a Stay or an Experience.
Quick Add — paste a product link
The fastest route, and the one to use when you already know the place you want.
Find the Stay or Experience on Airbnb and copy the URL from your browser
Tap + on your storefront, then Quick Add
Paste the link in
Choose which collection it belongs to
Save — it appears in that collection
Not every product can be added
This is the one worth knowing before you go hunting for links. Only certain products are available to add to your storefront and to earn commission on — it isn't the whole of Airbnb.
If you see "this product is unavailable", that product most likely isn't eligible for commission. Nothing has gone wrong and there's nothing to fix — pick a different product and promote that one instead.
It's worth checking before you build a post around a particular place, rather than after. If a product you really wanted isn't available, the quickest route to something comparable is Inspire Me — everything in there is eligible by definition.
If the link couldn't be found at all, work through it in this order:
Check it's a single product page. Search results, category pages and wishlists won't work. Open the individual Stay or Experience and copy the URL from there
Give it 24 hours if the place is brand new to Airbnb. Products reach your storefront from Airbnb, and a very new one can take a while to come through
Still nothing? Message the Airbnb team from the Messages tab in your Hub and paste in the URL you were trying to add — that's the part they need to trace it
Inspire Me — browse what's featured
Use this when you want ideas, or when you'd rather browse than go hunting for links.
What's in here is curated by the Airbnb team. It isn't everything on Airbnb and it isn't picked automatically — it's a selected set the team keeps updated, which is why it's a good shortcut to places the program is actually behind.
Tap +, then Inspire Me
Browse what's been featured. Tap the heart on anything you want — a solid heart means it's selected, an outlined heart means it isn't
Select as many as you like in one go
Choose the collection to add them to, and save
Tip: Only add places you'd actually recommend. A tight collection of stays you'd send a friend to converts better than a long list — travelers can tell the difference.
Stays and Experiences
What you add comes in two kinds, and each carries a badge on its card so travelers can tell them apart at a glance:
Stay — somewhere to stay the night
Experience — something to do
You can mix both in one collection, and often should — a stay plus the two things worth doing nearby is a more useful collection than either on its own.
Prices and ratings
Your storefront doesn't show prices or ratings. Travelers see those on Airbnb when they click through, which means you never have to worry about a price on your page going stale.
Every product goes in a collection
A collection is how travelers browse your storefront, so every product you add belongs to one. If you haven't made a collection yet, you can create it from the same + menu.
