Logging In and Managing Your Storefront

How to log in, change your display name and bio, and what to try if your page won't load.

Everything about your storefront is yours to change — no need to ask anyone. This covers getting in, editing how your page introduces you, and the two or three things that cause a page not to load.

Logging in

Two routes, both using a one-time code rather than a password:

  • From your Hub — go to creators.loudcrowd.com/s/airbnb/login, enter the email you signed up with, and enter the code sent to you

  • From your storefront — tap the settings icon on your header, then the same email and code. From there you can reach your dashboard too

Note: If the code doesn't arrive, check spam first, then check you're using the email address the program invited — it isn't always the one you check most.

Your display name

This is the name travelers see at the top of your page.

  1. Log in on your storefront

  2. Tap the pencil next to your name

  3. Type the name you want, up to 60 characters

  4. Tap Save — your page updates straight away

Tip: Use the name your audience already knows you by — usually your handle. Someone arriving from your Story should recognize whose page they've landed on in the first second.

Your bio

Your bio works the same way: tap the pencil beneath your name, write up to 700 characters, and save.

It's worth more than an introduction. Say what kind of travel you actually know — the regions, the sort of trips, who you plan them for. A traveler deciding whether to trust your collections reads this first.

If you don't see a pencil on your phone, edit from a computer instead — once you save, the change shows everywhere.

If your page won't load

Nearly always one of these:

  • Private or Incognito browsing — it can stop your collections loading. Use a standard window, and tell followers who report problems to do the same

  • Cookies disabled — the page needs them

  • A stale cache — clear it, or try another browser or device

If it still won't load after all of that, message the Airbnb team from the Messages tab in your Hub. Include the link to your storefront and the device and browser you're using.
