Notifications

What each Adapt notification means and how to resolve it.

Notifications alert you when something needs your attention: a failed import, a pricing issue, or a problem with your channel or PMS connection. That way you can act on it instead of discovering it later.

Where to find them

Click the bell icon in the top navigation to see your full notifications list. You can filter to unread only, and mark notifications as read individually or in bulk.

Notification

What it means

How to resolve

Import failed

We couldn't finish importing this listing after several tries.

Usually clears up on its own as we retry. If it keeps happening, check that your channel or PMS connection is active, then contact support.

Listing needs attention

We couldn't enrich this listing's data, which may delay pricing.

No action needed at first, we retry automatically. If it persists, verify the listing's details are complete where you manage it, then contact support.

Pricing failed

We couldn't generate prices for this listing.

Nothing to do. We're already retrying automatically.

Pricing paused

We skipped pricing this listing, either because its property type isn't set yet, or its price tier is missing.

If it's the property type, set it in your listing details. If it's the price tier, there's nothing to set on your end, so contact support if pricing stays paused.

Price sync failed

We couldn't push prices to this listing.

Check that your channel or PMS connection is working. If it keeps happening, contact support.

Can't sync prices

We can't push prices to this listing at all, so auto-pricing is paused for it.

This usually means a compatibility limit with your channel or PMS for this listing. Contact support to check whether it can be resolved.

Listing deactivated

This listing was deactivated and is no longer syncing prices.

Reactivate the listing where you manage it if this wasn't intentional. Pricing resumes once it's active again.

Price sync paused

This listing's currency changed, so we paused price sync to avoid pushing the wrong amount.

Confirm the listing's currency is correct, then re-enable price sync for that listing.

Model training failed

Your pricing model failed to train for this listing, so we can't set prices until it's fixed.

We'll retry automatically. If it keeps failing, contact support.

Add details to enable pricing

This listing is missing required details, so Adapt can't train a pricing model for it.

Add the missing details shown in the notification. Pricing picks it up automatically once added.

[Channel or PMS] needs reconnecting

Your connection was revoked or stopped working, so prices won't sync until it's fixed.

Click your profile, select Connections, then choose Add Connection and pick your channel or PMS again. Pricing resumes automatically once you're reconnected.

Good to know

  • Notifications are in-app only right now. There's no email alert, so check the bell periodically.

  • You need at least one connected account and listing to start receiving notifications.
