Connecting Uplisting

How to connect your Uplisting account to Adapt, what happens after connecting, and how to manage your connection.

Connect your Uplisting account to bring your listings into Adapt, see recommended rates, and (when you're ready) sync prices automatically.

Connecting is free, and you stay in full control. Connecting brings your listings and rates into Adapt so you can see recommendations. Your current rates won't change, nothing syncs to Uplisting until you choose to, and you can disconnect anytime.

Before you start

You'll need an Uplisting account with the listings you want to price already set up in Uplisting, and you should be logged in to that account before you begin.

How to connect

  1. Open the connection flow in any of these ways:

    • If this is your first connection, select the connect prompt on your home page.

    • Click Adapt in the left-hand navigation.

    • Go to your profile and click Add Channel.

  2. Choose Property Management Software (PMS), then select Uplisting.

  3. Click Connect. You'll be sent to Uplisting, where you sign in and authorize AirDNA Adapt to access your account.

  4. You'll be returned to AirDNA, and your listings will import automatically. There's no need to select listings one by one.

What happens after you connect

  • All listings on your Uplisting account import automatically, along with their calendars.

  • Recommended Adapt rates generate within a few minutes.

  • Nothing is pushed back to Uplisting yet. To start syncing prices, see How Rate Syncing Works.

Ongoing sync: after the first import, Adapt automatically syncs with Uplisting every 24 hours. Each sync refreshes your listings, calendars, bookings, and reviews, and, once you've turned on rate syncing, pushes your latest prices, availability (minimum stay and check-in/check-out rules), and discounts back to Uplisting.

What data Adapt accesses

When you connect Uplisting, Adapt accesses the following. Fetch means Adapt reads it from Uplisting. Push means Adapt writes it back to Uplisting, and only after you turn on rate syncing yourself.

What Adapt reads (fetch)

  • Account details (your name and email)

  • Properties and listing details

  • Bookings

  • Reviews

  • Rates and availability

What Adapt can push (only after you turn on rate syncing)

  • Nightly prices

  • Availability, including minimum night stay and check-in / check-out restrictions

  • Weekly and monthly discounts

Everything Adapt reads stays read-only. Adapt won't change your pricing or calendar until you turn on rate syncing.

Managing your connection

You can view your connected accounts, add another, or disconnect at any time from your profile > Connections.

Troubleshooting

  • "We couldn't set up your connection." Something went wrong while preparing your account. Click Retry, and contact support if it keeps happening.

  • "We couldn't load connection options." Something went wrong while loading available integrations. Click Retry to try again.

  • I authorized access but my listings didn't import. Try the connection again from profile > Connections. If it still doesn't work, contact support.

How to disconnect

  1. Click your profile, then go to Connections.

  2. Find your Uplisting connection and choose to delete it.

  3. Confirm when prompted.

Disconnecting removes Uplisting and its listings from your account. This can't be undone, but you can reconnect anytime.
