Connect your Airbnb account to bring your listings into Adapt, see recommended rates, and (when you're ready) sync prices automatically.
Connecting is free, and you stay in full control. Connecting brings your listings and recent performance into Adapt so you can see recommendations. Your current pricing won't be affected, nothing syncs to Airbnb until you choose to, and you can disconnect anytime.
Before you start
Connect using the Airbnb account that owns or co-hosts the listings you want to price, and make sure you're logged in to that account before you begin.
How to connect
Open the connection flow in any of these ways:
If this is your first connection, select the connect prompt on your home page.
Click Adapt in the left-hand navigation.
Go to your profile and click Add Channel.
Choose Airbnb (Direct connection to Airbnb).
Click Connect my listings. You'll be sent to Airbnb, where you choose Allow to authorize access.
You'll be returned to AirDNA, and your listings will import automatically. There's no need to select listings one by one.
What happens after you connect
We import your listings and recent performance so Adapt can build comp sets and surface pricing insights.
Recommended Adapt rates generate within a few minutes.
Adapt won't push any rates to Airbnb until you turn on syncing. To start, see How Rate Syncing Works.
Ongoing sync: after the first import, Adapt automatically syncs with Airbnb every 24 hours. Each sync refreshes your listings, calendars, bookings, and reviews, and, once you've turned on rate syncing, pushes your latest prices, availability (minimum stay and check-in/check-out rules), and discounts back to Airbnb.
Connecting as a co-host
You don't have to be the primary host to use Adapt. When you connect your Airbnb account, any listings you co-host are imported alongside the ones you own.
What you can do with a co-hosted listing depends on the access the primary host gave you on Airbnb:
Full-access co-hosts can see recommendations and turn on rate syncing, just like an owner.
Limited co-hosts (for example, calendar or inbox access only) can see their listings, Adapt rates, and performance, but can't turn on Price Sync for those listings. Adapt needs full access to push rates back to Airbnb, so syncing stays off.
Need to sync but don't have full access? Ask the listing's primary host to give you full access to the listing on Airbnb, or have the owner connect their own account.
What data Adapt accesses
When you connect Airbnb, Adapt accesses the following. Fetch means Adapt reads it from Airbnb. Push means Adapt writes it back to Airbnb, and only after you turn on rate syncing yourself.

Everything Adapt reads stays read-only. Adapt won't change your pricing or calendar until you turn on rate syncing.
Using Airbnb Smart Pricing? Adapt can't see your Smart Pricing rates, it only sees the base rates set in Airbnb. If you'd like to sync rates with Adapt, we recommend turning off Airbnb Smart Pricing first, since the two will otherwise overwrite each other.
Managing your connection
You can view your connected accounts, add another, or disconnect at any time from your profile > Connections.
Troubleshooting
My rates look different than I expected. If you use Airbnb Smart Pricing, Adapt can't see those dynamic prices, it only reads the base rates set in Airbnb.
I can't see my listings. Make sure you're logged in to the Airbnb account that owns or co-hosts the listings you're expecting. Listings you own or co-host import automatically when you connect; listings you have no role on won't appear.
"We couldn't set up your connection." Something went wrong while preparing your account. Click Retry, and contact support if it keeps happening.
"We couldn't load connection options." Something went wrong while loading available integrations. Click Retry to try again.
I can't turn on Price Sync for a listing. Some Airbnb listings use a pricing setup Adapt can't sync to, such as Length-of-Stay pricing or Rate Plans. See Why can't I turn on Price Sync for some listings?.
I can't turn on Price Sync and I'm a co-host. If the primary host gave you limited co-host access (such as calendar or inbox access only), Adapt can't push rates to Airbnb for that listing, so Price Sync stays off. Ask the primary host to give you full access to the listing on Airbnb, or have the owner connect their own account.
How to disconnect
Click your profile, then go to Connections.
Find your Airbnb connection and choose to delete it.
Confirm in the "Delete connection?" dialog.
Disconnecting removes Airbnb and its listings from your account. This can't be undone, but you can reconnect anytime.
