Connect your RentalReady account to bring your rentals into Adapt, see recommended rates, and (when you're ready) sync prices automatically. RentalReady connects with a secure one-click authorization, so there are no keys or tokens to copy. You just sign in to RentalReady and allow the connection.
Connecting is free, and you stay in full control. Connecting brings your rentals and rates into Adapt so you can see recommendations. Your current rates won't change, nothing syncs to RentalReady until you choose to, and you can disconnect anytime.
Before you start
You'll need your RentalReady sign-in. There are no API keys or tokens to generate. You authorize the connection directly from RentalReady.
Sign in with a RentalReady user that's allowed to edit pricing. Adapt pushes prices as that user, so if the user can only view rates, your rentals will still import but price syncing won't work. If you're not sure, ask your RentalReady account admin before you connect.
Start the connection in AirDNA
Open the connection flow in any of these ways:
If this is your first connection, select the connect prompt on your home page.
Click Adapt in the left-hand navigation.
Go to your profile and click Add Channel.
Choose Property Management Software (PMS), then select RentalReady.
Authorize in RentalReady
Click Connect RentalReady. You'll be taken to RentalReady to approve the connection.
Sign in to your RentalReady account if you're not already signed in.
Approve the access request to grant AirDNA access to your rentals.
When it works, you'll be returned to AirDNA and your rentals will begin importing.
What happens after you connect
All rentals on your RentalReady account import automatically, along with their calendars. There's no need to select them one by one, and importing can take a few moments.
Recommended Adapt rates generate within a few minutes.
Nothing is pushed back to RentalReady yet. To start syncing prices, see How Rate Syncing Works.
Ongoing sync: after the first import, Adapt automatically syncs with RentalReady every 24 hours. Each sync refreshes your rentals, calendars, bookings, and reviews, and, once you've turned on rate syncing, pushes your latest prices and availability (minimum stay and check-in/check-out rules) back to RentalReady.
What data Adapt accesses
When you connect RentalReady, Adapt accesses the following. Fetch means Adapt reads it from RentalReady. Push means Adapt writes it back to RentalReady, and only after you turn on rate syncing yourself.
What Adapt reads (fetch)
Account details (your name and email)
Rentals and listing details, including the channels each rental is listed on
Bookings, including cancellations
Reviews
Rates, availability, and booking settings (minimum stay and booking window)
What Adapt can push (only after you turn on rate syncing)
Nightly prices. Adapt prices every date inside the booking window you've set for a rental in RentalReady. If a date is beyond that window and RentalReady hasn't created pricing for it yet, Adapt skips it until it comes into the window.
Availability, including minimum night stay and check-in / check-out restrictions. Check-in and check-out rules are created in RentalReady as rate rules with the period name AirDNA. Adapt keeps those rules up to date on each sync, so leave them alone. Your own rate rules are never touched.
That's the full list for RentalReady. Adapt doesn't block or open dates, and it doesn't update your weekly or monthly discounts or fees, so those stay under your control in RentalReady.
Everything Adapt reads stays read-only. Adapt won't change your pricing or calendar until you turn on rate syncing.
Using another pricing tool? If you decide to sync rates with AirDNA Adapt, turn off any dynamic pricing or third-party pricing tool connected to RentalReady first, since the two will otherwise overwrite each other.
Troubleshooting
You weren't returned to AirDNA, or the connection didn't complete. Start the connection again from AirDNA and make sure you approve the access request on the RentalReady authorization screen.
You don't see all of your rentals. Importing can take a few moments. If a rental is still missing after that, confirm it's active in RentalReady, then reconnect.
Your rentals imported, but prices aren't syncing. The RentalReady user you connected with probably can't edit pricing. Ask your RentalReady account admin to grant that permission, then disconnect and connect again.
How to disconnect
Click your profile, then go to Connections.
Find your RentalReady connection and choose to delete it.
Confirm when prompted.
Disconnecting removes RentalReady and its rentals from your account. This can't be undone, but you can reconnect anytime by authorizing again.
