Mobile:
On the home screen, go to “My Schedule”. Here you will see your schedule with different tags indicating the status of the shifts.
Confirmed: Confirmed by you or the agency. Means you are ready to work.
Completed: The shift you have finished. A timesheet entry will be created automatically.
Approved: Work approved by agency. No further action is required.
Web:
Hover over “Schedule” and click on “List” to see all your shifts.
As opposed to mobile, the web portal shows all the shifts including both “My Schedule” and “Available Shifts”. However, you can identify shifts with their status tags.
Status: This column indicates the state of the shift.
Actions: The “Actions” button in blue color shows you the options available for further action on the shift. Click on the button to see more options.
