Open Shift: To confirm an open shift, tap on a shift with the “open” tag. Now tap on “Apply for Shift”. A request will be sent to the employer. Once the employer approves your request, the shift will become “Confirmed” and appear in the “My Schedule” section on the home screen. You will also receive notifications on the app and your email.
To confirm an open shift, follow these steps:
1. On the “Available Shifts” tab on the home screen, look for shifts with the “open” tag.
2. Open your desired “open shift” and tap on “apply for shift”.
3. Once applied, a request will be sent to your employer. When the employer approves your request, you will receive a notification on the app and email as well.
Also, on the “My Schedule” tab on the home screen, you can see the requested shift with a status changed to “confirmed”.
Assigned Shift: To apply for an assigned shift, open a shift with the “Awaiting Confirmation” tag. This means the employer is waiting for confirmation from your side. Tap on “Confirm”. As it is already assigned to you, the shift is now confirmed immediately.

1. On the “Available Shifts” tab on the home screen, look for shifts with the “awaiting confirmation” tag.
2. Open your desired shift and tap on the “confirm” button at the bottom.
3. On the “My Schedule” tab on the home screen, you can see the shift with a status changed to “confirmed”.

1. Hover over “Schedule” from the main menu and select “List”.
2. Scroll down to the shift with an “open” tag.
3. Click the “Actions” button.
4. Select “Apply for Shift”.
A request will be sent to the employer. Once the employer approves your request, the shift will become “Confirmed”. You will also receive notifications on the web portal and your email.
Assigned Shifts:
1. Hover over “Schedule” from the main menu and select “List”.
2. Scroll down to the shift with an “awaiting confirmation” tag.
3. Click the “Actions” button.
4. Select “confirm”.
