Filters
On the time clock page, you can search for shifts and timesheets based on Date range, client, site, employee, position, or status of the timesheet.
For example, if filtered by staff, the view will only show the time clock listing of that staff within the time range selected.
In the example below, the date range is selected from 15 Jan – 22 Feb. To do that, click on the start date and then click on the end date. If you want to select a single date, click the date on the calendar twice.
Statuses – Time Clock Page
The time clock page shows the statuses of the shifts and timesheets.
All statuses are explained below.
On Time: The shift started at the scheduled time.
Late: The shift was started after the scheduled start time.
Running: Shift is currently active.
Overtime: The shift is still running, and the staff has worked more than the scheduled time.
Left Early: Staff left earlier than the scheduled shift end time.
Upcoming: A shift is upcoming. Even if the staff clocks in early, the shift will remain in this state until the scheduled start time.
Approved: The timesheet has been approved.
