As you know, profile statuses and account statuses are two different things. For profile statuses, we have gone through them in detail. In this article, we will explain the account statuses.

There are 3 types of account statuses. Let us go through them one by one.

On the staff listing page, you will see the below statuses on the person’s row under the Access column.

1. Access (Yes): It means that the staff account is activated and can access the portal. If the email is not verified, the staff still cannot log in to the portal.

2. Access (No): Indicating that the account is inactive and the staff cannot access the portal.

3. Lock: This status indicates that the employee has tried too many times logging in to the portal with the wrong details, and the account is locked.

You can change the Account Lock settings from Administration → Settings. On the settings page, click on Main from the sidebar under the General section.

In the Main section, go to the Security tab, and change the User Lock Out settings accordingly.
