Profile statuses stand for the different stages of the user registration process — firstly, a new staff needs to be added to the system and the account has to be activated. After that, they need to fill in their details and have their profiles approved by an admin.
The statuses are changed manually by the admin. In Ajeero, Account Statuses are different from Profile Statuses. In this article, we will explain Profile Statuses.
There are four profile statuses:
Registered — a new user has been registered on the system by the admin. The staff may or may not have access to the portal or confirmed their email.
Profile Incomplete — the user has registered, but has not yet completed their profile — they can log into the site but can't do anything else until their profile is completed and approved. They can still manage their profile. The staff may or may not have access to the portal or confirmed their email.
Approved — the user's profile has been completely approved, and they can perform all actions on the system.
Suspended – The account has been terminated, however, if the staff has access to the portal, they can still log in, but cannot perform any actions.
If you have inserted the end date to the person's contract into the system, they will not show up in the staff list after that date. However, they can still log in to the system.
Please Note! The statuses mentioned above are updated manually by the admin. If the staff has access to the portal, they can still log in to the system. To stop employees from accessing the portal, you have to revoke the access.
To revoke the access, read Staff access to the portal.
