As you know, profile statuses are updated manually by the admin. If the staff has access to the portal, they can still log in to the system.
To stop employees from accessing the portal, you have to revoke the account/portal access.
To change staff profile status, follow these steps:
1. On the staff listing page, click on the employee’s name to open the profile.
2. Look for the Status below the profile picture and personal details in the sidebar and click on the status.
3. A dialogue box will appear. Select the status and click on Save.
You should see the new status on the staff profile.
