To access the Events page, hover over Schedule and click on Events.
On the event page, shifts are grouped according to the event. On the event view, empty shifts and open shifts have a pink colour.
You can identify an unpublished shift on the event page with a dotted border. Assigned shifts have the same orange colour as on the schedule page.
Filter
On the left-hand side, find the option to filter the shifts. Click on Filter By Shifts. You can filter by clients, sites, and positions. For example, if you filter shifts by the client, the view will only show the shifts by the particular client.
To apply filters, click on “Apply”. You can remove all filters by clicking on “Reset”. To refresh the schedule calendar, click on Refresh, and to print the schedule calendar, click on Print.
Time filter
The time filter allows you to filter the calendar view depending on the day, week, 2 weeks, and month. If you click on today, it will show results for the current day only. You can also select dates using the date range options.
By clicking on the date, you can directly navigate to the preferred day, week, or month by choosing your desired date from a calendar that appears. The date range depends on whether you have selected the time range for day, week, or month.
The Event calendar will show you results depending on the options selected.
Add Event and Publish
To add an event, click on New Event. To publish the unpublished shifts, click on Publish & Send button on top of the calendar and select Publish.
Add Shifts
You can add shifts from the events page. To add a shift, click anywhere on the date box, and a dialog box will appear. The rest of the procedure is the same as that of adding a shift.
