This article will give you an overview of filters on Schedule, Staff, Sites Clients, and Users pages.
1. Schedule
Shift Filter
On the left-hand side, find the option to filter the shifts. You can filter by clients, sites, and positions. For example, if you filter shifts by the client, the view will only show the shifts by the particular client.
Time filter
The time filter allows you to filter the calendar view depending on the day, week, 2 weeks, and month. If you click on today, it will show results for the current day only. You can also select dates using the date range options.
By clicking on the date, you can directly navigate to the preferred day, week, or month by choosing your desired date from a calendar that appears. The date range depends on whether you have selected the time range for day, week, or month.
The Schedule calendar will show you results depending on the options selected.
2. Staff
To access the staff listing page, click on “Staff” from the main menu.
You can filter staff by name, position, status, and access.
3. Sites/Business Units/Locations
Sites or business units are different locations of a business. You can access sites by clicking on “Sites” from the main menu.
You can filter sites based on Name, Clients, and Status.
4. Clients
Click on the “Clients” from the main menu.
You can search clients by Name, Email, Phone, and whether they are active or not. The “Refresh” button will refresh the list.
5. Users
To access the users’ page, hover over Administration and click Users.
You can search users by Name. Click on “Show advanced filters” to see more options. Click on “Select Permissions” to filter by permission. Click “Filter by role” to filter users by their role in the system. Every role has a different access level.
Tick the checkbox, “Only locked users” to see users whose account is locked. Click the “Refresh” Button to refresh the list.
