Ajeero is a dynamic platform that lets you control all aspects of the portal through user-friendly system settings. You can allow staff to cancel shifts. To allow, you need to turn on the option to cancel shifts in the system settings.
To access these settings, go to System Settings and click on Schedule from the sidebar. Under Schedule settings, go to the “Cancellation” tab and turn on the “Staff can cancel shifts” setting.
Explanation Required on Shift Cancellation: You can turn on the setting if you want the staff to explain the cancellation.
Cancellation Hours before shift start: Here you can define cancellation hours before the shift starts.
At the bottom of the page, you can define cancellation reasons. Staff will select one of these options when cancelling a shift.
Click Add, to add a new reason. You can also control the visibility of the reason. Whether it will be available to Client or Staff or Both.
