As part of our parent portal layout, we are providing you with the tools to fully integrate the sign-up/login function into your website. Instead of clicking on a button that redirected the parent to the old Akada parent login screen, your customers will be able to log in or create a new account right from your website.
Additionally, multiple integration options are available, including general login links, mobile app access, and QR codes, for enhanced flexibility.

Integrating the Login Screen:
Log in to your Akada account.
Open the left navigation panel and click on Akada Portal.
Select General.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, where you will find the HTML and JavaScript code you'll need to insert into your website.
You can either copy the code in the gray box or download the same code into a sample HTML file.
Send the copied code or downloaded file to your web designer, and they will work with you on the location and styling for your website.
Sharing General Login Links
Parents can access their accounts using a general login link.
Go to Portal Settings and open the General section.
Copy the General Login link and embed it on your website so parents can access it quickly.
Mobile App Access
Parents can access the Akada Portal using the mobile app for added convenience.
For iOS users: Search for "Akada Portal Parent App" in the Apple App Store.
For Android users: Find it in the Google Play Store.
QR Code Integration
To simplify access, provide QR codes that parents can scan to open the Akada portal or app directly.
Ready-made or custom QR codes can be displayed in high-visibility areas such as the studio front desk or your website.
Combining Strategies for Optimal Access
For the best user experience, combine all methods:
Embed both registration and general login links on your website.
Offer app download instructions prominently.
Use QR codes in well-trafficked areas for instant access.
