If you need support you can easily connect to one of our technicians directly through Akada Online.
To Connect to a Technician:
Click on the main menu(3 horizontal lines) at the top left corner of the home screen and select Help.
Select Connect to Technician.
You will be directed to the Akada Software support page.
Use the Connect without PIN option.
Enter your contact info and click Connect.
Allow the LogMeIn file to download.
When the download is finished open or run the file.
Chat with an Akada Representative:
You can reach out and chat with Akada Support with any questions or concerns during business hours. For any messages sent after-hours, we will respond on the next business day. To send your questions and/or concerns click on the purple chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of Akada Online. Select messages and send your message.
If you do not see the purple chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your Akada Online, visit your User Settings and turn on Live Chat Support under User Defaults.
