Admin Settings - My Account

The Studio Account formally known as the My Account screen found under the admin menu allows you to control your studio's contact information that stays on file with Akada Software. Here you can update the studio owner's name address, phone number, and email address. You can also see your studio's max number of students, and view and update the credit card that we bill each month. Finally, you can also cancel your Akada Online subscription from here. Hopefully, you'll never feel the need to do that.

To Navigate to My Account Screen:

  • Locate Settings in the main menu to the left.

  • Click on Admin.

  • Select My Account.

Updating Contact Information:

To update your contact info simply click in the desired field, make the necessary changes, and click the Update Account Information button.

Canceling Subscription:

Should you decide to cancel your subscription simply click the cancel button. You receive an automated confirmation email and we will be copied on it.

Note: We bill on the 1st of each month and do not issue refunds once your card has been charged. If you wish to cancel it is best to do it towards the end of the month.

Update Credit Card Information:

To change the credit card that we bill each month scroll down the credit card section, enter the new card number, expiration date, and billing address (or click same as above), and then click the Update Card Information button. You'll see the last 4 digits and the expiration date displayed above.
