If you've been using Akada Online for a while and have some older sessions you'd like to remove from your database you can do that from the Delete Session screen. Deleting a session will remove the class list and enrollment, attendance, costumes, and student history among other items that are tied to that session. Once a session is deleted it cannot be recovered.
To Delete DanceWorks Online Session:
From the main menu scroll down to Settings.
Select Session Management.
Select Delete Session.
From the drop-down menu (Fig.1) select the session you want to delete.*
Click the Delete Session button.
*You can not delete the session that you are currently logged into. Your current session is noted at the top and bottom of the screen. If that is the session you wish to delete you must first switch to a different session.
Once you've clicked the delete button the Confirm Delete Session message (Fig. 2) will appear.
Enter your password and click the Delete Session Button to confirm.
You will then receive a confirmation that the session was deleted successfully.
