How to confirm which list/unit your popup is going to - Klaviyo

Confirm which lists your campaigns are integrated with for Klaviyo

All Integrations can be first connected from the Integrations section of the app. Clicking Edit under the relevant service, will launch a window to review which lists/units are integrated as the default for your campaigns.

Klaviyo

If using the same Default lists across campaigns, you can set these within the Integrations section of the app.

  1. From Integrations, click Edit within the Klaviyo section.

  2. Here you can select the relevant SMS, Email, and Whatsapp lists from the dropdown.

  3. Click Save to confirm.

Lists can also be modified for each campaign.

  1. Open the Editor for the popup.

  2. In the right menu, click on Integration settings.

  3. Click the dropdown arrow beside Klaviyo settings. This will reveal the lists.

  4. Beneath the SMS list and Email list sections, you can use the drop-downs to select the relevant list, or manually input the names, and select them when they appear.

  5. Click Save to update the list(s).
