First, navigate to Team Week
Then click on the Follow Team icon
Once it turns blue, you know you've been successful!
Next, choose the 'following' filter on the Team Week page

First, search for the team you want to follow in the search bar at the top of the app...
Or find them via the 'Connection' > 'Teams' page
Then once you're on the Team Page, you can select the follow team icon:
