When you're ready to accept an offer and sign the contract, you need to set up a payment method for your earnings. Depending on your country and region, you can set Stripe or PayPal as your payment method, which you can check on your Alignerr Home page.
Stripe setup
If Stripe is the payment option available for you, follow these steps to connect your Stripe account and start receiving payments:
Navigate to Alignerr Home and click Connect Stripe, which directs you to connect.stripe.com.
Enter your email address. Stripe then checks if you have an existing account. If not, you will be guided through creating a new account.
On the redirected page, enter your phone number and click Submit.
Verify your identity by entering the OTP sent to your phone.
Add your bank account details and select your currency.
Click Continue to reach the Review and submit page.
After reviewing your information, click Agree and submit.
Once submitted, you'll be redirected back to Alignerr Home, where you'll see the Stripe dashboard button. Click it to log in at dashboard.stripe.com and view your payment details and earnings.
Once you have connected to one Stripe account, you can't change it to another. For questions on Stripe account setup, payout schedule, tax, and other questions, search and find topics on Stripe Support.
Note: Stripe has a mandatory 7-day holding period on your first payment. Alignerr support is NOT able to expedite this period.
PayPal setup
I have an existing PayPal account
If PayPal is the payment option available for you, and you have an existing PayPal account, follow these steps to connect your PayPal account and start receiving payments:
Navigate to Alignerr Home.
Click Connect PayPal.
Log in to your existing PayPal account and agree to connect with Alignerr.
Once you complete these steps, you'll be redirected back to Alignerr Home and can start receiving payments through PayPal.
I need a new PayPal account
If PayPal is the payment option available for you, but you don’t have a PayPal account yet, follow these steps to create a new PayPal account:
Navigate to Alignerr Home and click Connect PayPal.
On PayPal's website, click Sign Up.
Enter your email and phone number, then verify with the OTP sent to your phone.
Enter the personal information required by PayPal.
Click Agree and create your account.
In your PayPal dashboard, click Wallet, then Link a Bank, and enter your bank details.
Confirm your email using PayPal’s verification link.
Verify your bank account by confirming two small deposits from PayPal in your bank statement within 1–2 days.

PayPal account without linked bank account (USA)
If your PayPal account doesn’t link to any bank accounts, your payments are available in your PayPal balance. To transfer funds to your bank, link your bank account to PayPal.
NOTE: You can only use the payment provider shown on your Alignerr Home page. Alignerr enables only one payment method per country to comply with regional requirements and streamline payment processing.
For example: If you see Stripe on your dashboard, you won’t be able to connect PayPal, and vice versa.
