Important Reminders
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account to prevent additional charges. Otherwise, your subscription will continue to renew.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Account deletion instructions
Log in to your account in the app
Go to the Profile page
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account
Read the agreement
Confirm that you agree to the acknowledgment terms
Select Delete My Account & Data
Once completed, you will be logged out of your account, and the deletion process will begin. Your account will be permanently deleted after 8 days.
