Why am I being charged if I already cancelled my subscription?

Confirm your cancellation

The steps for canceling may differ depending on whether you used the Alive website, iPhone, or Android to buy and renew the subscription. Double-check your Subscription Platform to make sure you have successfully canceled your subscription.

To find your Subscription Platform visit the Profile page in the app, scroll down, and click on Subscription. Your Subscription card will look similar to the screenshot below and your platform will be shown at the bottom of the card.

Tap Manage Subscription below your Subscription card and you should be redirected to your platform’s subscription management page where you can confirm your cancellation.

Or find your subscription platform below to locate and confirm your cancellation.

Alive Website

  1. Log in to your Alive account using the same credentials you use to access the app. You should be redirected to your account page

  2. Scroll down to the My Subscription section and select Manage

IOS (iPhone)

  1. Go to the iPhone Settings

  2. Select your name at the top to view your Apple Account

  3. Click on Subscriptions and find Alive

    Note: If you do not see an Alive subscription inside your IOS subscriptions, check to see if your subscription was started on the Alive website by following the Alive Website Instructions above.

Google Play (Android)

  1. Go to the Google Play Store app

  2. Select your profile icon in the top right to view your Google Play Account

  3. Click on Payments & subscriptions

  4. Click on Subscriptions and find Alive

If you have confirmed that your cancellation was successful but you are still being charged, you may have a duplicate subscription. Click here for instructions on how to find and cancel your second subscription.
