How do I cancel my Alive subscription?

Please note that your Alive subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

To cancel your subscription at any time, use the same service you used to start it. The steps for canceling may differ depending on whether you used the Alive website, Android, or iPhone to buy and renew the subscription.

IOS (iPhone)

  1. Go to the iPhone Settings

  2. Select your name at the top to view your Apple Account

  3. Click on Subscriptions and find Alive

  4. Select to Cancel Subscription

    Note: If you do not see an Alive subscription inside your IOS subscriptions, check to see if your subscription was started on the Alive website by following the Alive Website Instructions below.

Google Play (Android)

  1. Go to the Profile page in your Alive app

  2. Scroll down and select Subscription. This screen shows your active subscription provider and other billing details.

  3. Tap Manage Subscription and you should be redirected to the subscription management page in the Google Play app where you can cancel the subscription

Alive Website

  1. Log in to your Alive account using the same credentials you use to access the app. You should be redirected to your account page

  2. Scroll down to the My Subscription section and select Manage

Your Alive Premium subscription will continue until your next billing date, then your account will switch to free. According to Alive’s Terms & Conditions, an Alive subscription is typically non-refundable.
