How do I track weight and reps?

Tracking and reviewing your progress has never been easier. Track weight, reps, and effort while you work out, on an exercise or a rest period, or after your workout, from your Workout Complete screen.

Easily track weight, reps, and effort for your current exercise at the bottom of the Exercise Detail screen, or tap See Full History to view your previous weight and rep history for that exercise.

Quick tip: Tap the πŸ” button above your keyboard to paste your previously saved weight and reps for that exercise.
