While there are some differences in the types of training used, enrolling with either Whitney or Libby in our Refresh Reset 21-Day Challenge will help you achieve your strength training goals. Training with Whitney will have more of a muscle hypertrophy and general strength training focus by utilizing higher rep ranges, supersets, and more auxiliary work. Training with Libby will put more emphasis on strength and power by using key concepts of barbell training, lower rep ranges, more compound movements, and more sets of certain exercises. With either trainer, it is important to push yourself safely.
