Hello from Alive!! As you increase the difficulty of the program you’re enrolled in you will see an increase in compound and barbell movements, more unilateral movements, more supersets and the number of sets of an exercise may be increased. There is no rush to move to a higher difficulty before you are ready since any program can be made more difficult by increasing the weight used in an exercise. Listen to your body and first do what feels safe and push yourself!
