The most common reasons
If an employee cannot see a feed, it is usually due to one of these two reasons:
The employee is not assigned to the location that the feed is targeted to
The employee needs to be manually added to the feed (for example if it is a manager feed)
1. The employee is not assigned to the correct location
If the employee is not connected to the location that the feed is targeted to, you can do the following:
Log in to the All Gravy web version
Go to Directory
Search for the employee’s name
Click the three dots on the right side
Select "Edit employee details"
Under Locations, add the locations the employee should be part of
Click Update
The employee should now be able to see the location-specific feeds.
2. The employee needs to be added manually to the feed
If the feed requires manual access (for example a manager feed):
Hover your mouse over the feed the employee should be part of
Click "Manually include or exclude people"
Type the employee’s name and click "Include"
Click "Save"
The employee has now been added to the feed.
