Choose how much each feed tells you
Every feed has its own setting. Open the feed's notification settings and pick one:
Everything: new posts, comments, reactions and mentions.
Only mentions: only posts and comments that mention you.
Nothing: no notifications from this feed.
You can also switch push off for a feed and still see its notifications in the Notification Centre.
Your company may set a minimum for some feeds, for example "Only mentions or louder". You can't go below it.
What you get
New post: "[Name] posted in [feed]" (Everything only). Authors can publish a post with notifications paused, and then nobody is notified.
Urgent post: goes to everyone in the feed, whatever their setting. It still respects your pause and schedule.
Comments on your post: one notification per post that updates as more people comment, for example "Sam and 2 others commented on your post".
Comments on a post you commented on: "[Name] also added a comment".
Mentions: when a post or comment mentions you, your role, your location or @everyone. You get these on Everything or Only mentions.
Reactions: on your posts and comments, rolled into one notification per post or comment.
Your scheduled post has been published.
Post approvals
Some feeds need approval before a post goes live.
Approvers get "New content awaiting approval". Review it on the web; the app reminds you to log in on the web.
Authors get "Your post has been approved" or "Your post has been rejected". A rejection shows the reason and also arrives as a chat message.
For Admins and Editors: set a feed's default
On the web, go to Feed, hover over the feed in the list and click the pencil. Under Notifications, set the default level for people who haven't chosen their own.
See How notifications work in All Gravy to pause or schedule notifications.
