Understanding your academy dashboard 🎓

Welcome to your Academy Dashboard in All Gravy! Here's a quick guide to what you're seeing and how to use it:

Updated over a week ago

What is the Academy Dashboard?

The Academy dashboard helps you monitor employee onboarding, training completion, and overdue statuses - both across locations and individuals.

Switch between courses, modules and roles:

At the top of the dashboard, you can customize your view using these dropdowns:

  • Courses / Modules: Choose to view progress for full onboarding courses or individual modules, by switching the toggle in the top right corner.

  • Roles: Filter results based on specific job roles (e.g., baristas, sales staff, etc.).

This allows you to drill down into the most relevant training paths for each team.

Key metrics:

The dashboard gives you a quick summary of onboarding performance:

  • Completion rate of Onboarding: % of employees who’ve completed all courses.

  • Completion rate of Compulsory Modules: % who’ve finished only the mandatory parts.

  • Completed / In training / Overdue: Track how many are done, still progressing, or overdue.

View onboarding by location or per employees:

Locations:

Switch to the Locations tab to compare onboarding progress across different sites.

  • Green = Completed

  • Blue = In training

  • Yellow = Overdue

If there's not enough data yet, you’ll see a message indicating that.

Employees:

Use the Employees tab to go one level deeper:

  • See each employee’s training status.

  • Track their completion of compulsory modules.

  • View deadlines and how many days they’re overdue (if applicable).

  • Send reminders directly from this view! Click “Send reminder” to nudge those who haven’t completed their training.

What else can you do? ✅

  • Use filters on the right-hand side to view specific countries or teams.

  • Make sure all active employees have a primary location (shown with a green checkmark at the top).

  • Use this dashboard in weekly meetings or check-ins to highlight progress and follow up on overdue training.
