The Compliance dashboard shows how your teams are getting on with the training you've marked as compliance training. It's the quickest way to answer "are we covered?" for an audit, an EHO visit or an ops review.
Where to find it
Insights → Compliance, next to Insights → Academy.
You can see it if you're an Admin, Creator, Content Creator or Staff Manager on an account that has Academy.
What it includes
You decide what the dashboard covers. It only reads courses and modules tagged Compliance, so tagging a course adds it and removing the tag takes it out. If something is missing, check its tags first.
The dashboard starts empty. Until at least one course carries the Compliance tag, every figure reads 0.0% and the location chart says "No data available".
Setting it up
Go to Learning and open a course you want to track.
In the course settings, find Tags and choose Compliance.
Click Publish.
Repeat for each compliance course.
Once your courses are tagged, the dashboard fills with your teams' progress.
What it shows
Three headline figures: % Completed, % In training and % Overdue (people who have missed their learning deadline). Each shows a trend against a comparison date, a year earlier by default.
Completion per location: a chart comparing completed, in training and overdue for each location, with search.
Compliance per employee: a searchable list of every person and their compliance courses and modules.
Filters: location, role, course and module, plus the two dates you're comparing.
How it differs from Insights → Academy
| Insights → Academy | Insights → Compliance |
What it covers | All training | Only training tagged Compliance |
How results are split | Onboarding, training and extras | One completion figure |
Courses and modules | Filter by one or the other | Both together in one view |
Best for | Day-to-day learning progress | Audits and "are we covered?" checks |
Exporting the data
There's no CSV download button on the Compliance dashboard. Instead, ask the AI Assistant in the admin portal, for example "Compliance status across all locations" or "Who's overdue on compliance training at Camden?", and it will pull the figures for you. See What can the AI Assistant do?
