New Course Assigned: you've been given a course. If several arrive within 2 minutes, you get one notification: "You have been assigned 3 courses".

New starters get a reminder about courses they haven't started 1 to 3 days after their start date.

Module deadline reminder: if the module has reminders switched on, 2 days before, 1 day before and on the day.

Required course deadline: for required (compliance) courses, 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before the deadline.

Required course overdue: the day after the deadline, then every 7 days until you finish.

Course overdue or Module overdue: once, the day after a deadline passes on other courses.

Admins and Editors can also send a reminder by hand from the course.

One quiz was updated: a quiz in a course you finished changed. Retake it to complete the course; the rest of your progress is kept.

Course Completed: you've finished every lesson.

Sign-off requested: sent to the people who approve the checkpoint. A chat message arrives too.

Sign-off still waiting: the request is still open after 3 days.

Sign-off approved or Sign-off rejected: sent to the learner, with the reason if one was given.
