Open the All Gravy App
Click on "You" in the bottom right corner
Select "Set a notification schedule"
Firstly select whether you want the "notification schedule" to apply to:
Every day = All days throughout the week
Weekdays = Monday - Friday
Custom = Select individual time intervals for individual days of the week
Finally add the time interval you would like to receive notifications within
Click "Set schedule" to save the settings
