This is where the AI Assistant saves the most time: anything from writing a course from scratch to keeping every existing one current when the rules change underneath you.
Building
Describe a course and it builds the whole thing: modules, lessons, the articles inside them, and quizzes. It reuses articles you already have in the Library rather than rewriting them.
Quizzes aren't limited to multiple choice. There are ten question types, including true or false, matching, sequencing, fill in the blanks, and clicking the right spot on an image. Quiz questions are always written from real article content, and you see the whole course as one preview before anything is created.
Maintaining
The harder job comes after launch. Ask which of your courses or articles touch a topic, hand it a new regulation or an updated agreement, and work through what needs changing. It shows you each revision as a preview with the changed sections marked.
Things you can ask
"Build a three module food safety course, use our existing articles where you can, and add a quiz to each module"
"Write a quiz on the allergen article. Mix in some matching and sequencing questions"
"Here's the new hygiene regulation. Which of our courses and articles need updating?"
"Update the Fire Safety article with the new evacuation route and show me what changed"
"Who hasn't finished Bartender 101 in London? Remind them"
"Book a Kitchen Hygiene session for next Tuesday and invite whoever's eligible"
"Completion by role for anything tagged Compliance"
"Mark everyone who turned up to the fire drill as attended"
"Publish the onboarding course"
Good to know
Courses go to an audience (locations and roles) rather than a list of names, though you can add specific people into that audience.
Updating several courses happens one at a time, each with its own preview.
Read the preview before publishing a course: publishing also publishes any lesson inside it that's still a draft, including ones it reused rather than wrote.
Articles, courses and quizzes can't be deleted.
