Workflows live under Agents. They're the things that should happen without anyone remembering to do them: a welcome message after a hire, a course on someone's first sign in, an email when absence starts adding up. You can ask the AI Assistant to build, check and switch them off.
A workflow can react to someone being hired, a work anniversary, a birthday, a first sign in, an employee detail changing, a course being completed, leave being requested, or an absence threshold being reached. It can then wait, send a chat message, send an email, assign a course, or assign a survey.
Things you can ask
"When someone's hired, wait a day, welcome message, then the onboarding course"
"Assign the safety course on first sign in"
"Email location managers when someone on their team hits our absence threshold"
"Wish people happy birthday automatically"
"Why didn't the birthday one run yesterday?"
"Show me what's active. Disable the old anniversary one"
Good to know
A new workflow goes live as soon as it's made rather than starting paused, so be sure before you approve it.
Workflows are disabled rather than deleted.
Testing a workflow isn't a rehearsal: it sends the real messages to real people.
