For approvers
[Leave type] request: "A leave request from [name] ([dates]) is awaiting your approval." A chat message arrives too. Review the request on the web; the app reminds you to log in on the web.
For the employee
[Leave type] approved: your request for those dates is approved.
[Leave type] declined: your request is declined. The reason shows if the approver gave one.
The approver's decision also arrives as a chat message.
