The shift data in the All Gravy app updates once an hour. So in most cases, you can wait for a bit and check again β³
If you still don't see your shift or your earnings did not update, it could have one of the following reasons:
1. Your shift is 'pending'. What does that mean?
β
2. Your shift is 'missed'. What does that mean?
3. Your shift is not appearing in the app at all.
1. Your shift is 'pending'. What does that mean?
Once your shift is finished, it moves from your planned shifts down to your completed shifts. When the shift is tagged with 'pending', you need to wait for your manager to approve your shift.
β³ It may take up to a few hours to update the information once they approve it, while it syncs into our system.
β When the shift gets approved, the shift pay will also be added to your earnings.
2. Your shift is 'missed'. What does that mean?
Once your shift is finished, it moves from your planned shifts down to your completed shifts.
When the shift is tagged with 'missed', it is because your manager has approved that you did not work that shift. If this is a mistake then get a hold of your manager and get them to correct it in the scheduling system.
3. Your shift is not appearing in the app at all.
If you cannot find your shift in All Gravy, please check if it has been registered correctly in your workforce management system (Planday, SameSystem, Tamigo, Quinyx, or another).
If your shifts are correctly in the workforce management system but somehow don't show in All Gravy, get in touch with our support via the chat.
