Insights pulls data from your workforce management system once a day. It is then processed to generate your dataset and any Data Coach issues.
The refresh runs overnight, so the figures you see during the working day reflect data up to the previous day. Exactly when it finishes depends on your time zone and on when your workforce management system makes the data available.
