Editing Office Profile

Discover all the preferences you can edit in your office profile within the settings.

STEP 1 - Access

Click on the Profile Picture Icon in the upper-right corner > Settings > Profile.

When you access the settings, the first section that appears is the Profile. Here, you can edit preferences for the currently selected office. If you have more than one office, simply select the one you want to configure.

Office Details

At the top, you can:

  • Add a logo.

  • Edit details such as Name, City, Address, and Phone Number.

Below the phone number, you can see how many users are in your account. By clicking "+New", you can create a new user.

If your agency has multiple offices, you can activate the option to indicate which of your offices is the main office.

Important: The registration information and logo must be edited for each new office you create.


Business Information

Below the option to select your main office, you can add your agency’s legal information.

  • This is useful if you want to generate invoices using the system or include these details automatically in your document templates.

Default Description

At the bottom left, you can configure a Default Description.

  • Add text, images, tables, or a combination of these.

  • This content will appear in the footer of all quotes you create and send via link or PDF.

  • Use this space to include any important notes you’d like your student to know.

Social Media

On the right side, the first section allows you to add your Social Media links.

  • Provide as much information as possible.

  • When you send an online proposal to a student, they can click the icons for each platform and be redirected to your pages.


Other Preferences

1. Organize by Opportunity:

Enable this option to create folders to store quotes within the student's profile.

  • This allows you to organize proposals by city or country of interest.

2. Copy Emails Sent to Consultant:

Activate this option so that any emails consultants send to students are also copied to their own inbox.

3. Send Email to Admin on Budget Sale:

Enter the administrator’s email address to receive notifications whenever a quote is marked as sold.

4. Notify Responsible Users of New Leads:

Activate this option to notify users whenever a new lead is assigned to them.

5. Assign Sales to:

Choose the criteria for identifying who made the sale:

  • Lead Owner: The person responsible for the lead.

  • Quote Creator: The person who created the sold quote.

  • This setting directly impacts your reports and the sales ranking on your dashboard.

6. Student Key Information:

When creating a new student, some information is mandatory (e.g., Name and Nationality).

  • Choose whether the additional required field will be Email or the option to select between Email and Phone Number.

7. Sales Ranking Preferences:

Define:

  • Who can view the sales ranking.

  • How the ranking will be displayed.

8. Time Zone and Default Preferences:

  • Set the Time Zone for your office.

  • Choose a Default Nationality to speed up the registration of new students.

  • If desired, select a Default Status for your pipeline to streamline the registration and distribution of students in your sales process.
