Sales Types allow the agency to categorize sold quotes according to predefined types and later extract reports to understand how much each type contributed to the total.
STEP 1 – Access
Click on the Profile Picture Icon in the upper-right corner > Settings > Budget Preferences > Sales Types.
STEP 2 – Create a New Sales Type
To create a new sales type, click on "New Sales Type" and fill in the name.
STEP 3 – Editing Sales Types
To edit sales types you've already created, click the blue pen icon.
If desired, you can click the gray star icon to define the default Sales Type suggested in your quotes. This can be changed later but helps make the process quicker.
