Creating and Editing Fees

Updated over 3 months ago

STEP 1 – Access

Click on Budget > My Fees.

STEP 2 – Create a Fee

On the fees screen, Ally will display a list of all future fees you create, as well as existing fees that were duplicated along with the School from our database.

To create a new fee, click on the green button in the upper-right corner of the screen "Create Fee".

STEP 3 – Add Information

After clicking Create Fee, a screen will open for you to add information about the fee you intend to create.

Fill in the required details and then click the green button at the bottom.

Important:

  • In the Select Partner field, select the name of the school to which this fee belongs.

  • If it is a fee specific to your agency, you can set the partner as My Own or create a partner with your agency's name.

  • You must select the same currency that was registered for the campus to which this fee applies. Otherwise, discrepancies may occur when generating a quote.

STEP 4 – Add Values

When you create a fee, you will be redirected to the “2nd Add Values” screen. Once you complete the fields, click Add Value.

  • Add the nationality for which the values are intended.

  • Then, choose the frequency at which the fees are charged (e.g., per day, per week, per month, etc.).

  • If the values are fixed for a specific period, select "fixed". If they vary, fill in the fields with the duration of the variation and the corresponding value.

Once the values are completed, the data will appear on the right side of the screen, already added to the fee.

STEP 5 – Edit Fees

To edit a fee, simply click the gear icon and select the desired option.

Ally Tip:

All fees you create will appear under the “My Fees” tab. To find the fee you just created, always check under the "My" tab when creating a budget.

Search for the fee by name to locate it, and you will then be able to add it to a quote.
