How to Create and Edit My School

If you want to create a budget with a school that is not registered in our system, you can create it yourself.

STEP 1 – Access

Go to the Top Menu and select Budget > Educational Institutions.

All the schools in our database, as well as those created by you, will be displayed on this screen.


STEP 2 – Add the Information

In the upper-right corner of the screen, click on the green button "Add My Own School". A pop-up window will open for you to add the school’s information.

Fill in the available fields:

  • School Name (required): In our database, we standardize names using the format of adding the school acronym in uppercase followed by the full school name. Example: XXX – Full School Name.

  • School Logo: Upload an image containing the school’s logo.

  • Online Budget Banner: Upload an image of your choice to appear on the online budget for the student.

  • Description: Provide a description of the school. It can be in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish.

Once you’ve completed the fields, click the green button "Create School" at the bottom of the page.

After confirming creation, a message will appear: Good Job!


Finding the School

To search for the schools you created, use the search field and type the name of the school you just created.

You will know it’s a school you created, not one from our database, as it will be labeled “My School”.

You can also find the school under the "My Schools" tab by typing the registered name in the search field.


Editing the School

If you want to edit information about your school, click the gear icon on the right side of the screen, and then select "Edit School".

A new pop-up window will open, and you will be able to change any data you need.

Once you finish editing, save the changes by clicking the green button "Edit School" at the bottom of the page.


Important Notes:

  • When you create a school, the system automatically creates a partner that will be available under Budget > Partners.

  • If you delete a school you created, you will no longer have access to the registered information. However, previously created quotes, fees, and accommodations will still be available.

  • To delete these accommodations or fees, you must go to the Budget > Partners tab and select from the available options or use the search filter.
